A Place To Call Home, ILP, is a faith-based program that offers relationships and resources to help former-foster youth achieve self-sufficiency. Donations are tax-deductible as we are a 501c3 non-profit organization.
This independent living program -- designed to serve young men and women age 18 to 24 who have “aged out” of the foster care system -- was launched Summer 2015 in the Mahoning Valley.
